Kristi GriggPresident/CEOKristi founded Accounting and Management Resources, Inc. after running a successful bookkeeping service for 6 years in Anchorage, Alaska. Working exclusively with QuickBooks software for over 10 years now, she has provided services to many different types of businesses such as restaurants, doctors, dentists, attorneys, daycare centers and non-profit organizations. Kristi lives in Wake Forest, NC with her husand, Dan, and their three children, Kaitlin, Malina and Jake.

Patty RorickAdministrative AssistantPatty joined Accounting & Management Resources in 2011 and assists in keeping the office organized and things running smoothly. Her positive can-do attitude and friendly personality aids in the mission of the business. Patty lives in Wake Forest, NC with her husband, Chuck, and their two children, Peter and Lucas. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dogs, Jeter and Leia, and running.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Weekly pick-up's and drop off's to your location - Processing payments for all invoices (entering into the system and printing checks)- Notifying you of a discrepancy or problem with an invoice or charge- Providing you the checks along with back-up documentation to review before signing.- Getting all checks/payments to you in a timely manner.- We keep all your files organized and return the box of files to you at the end of the year for you to store.- Notifying you of available funds in your accountACCOUNTS RECEIVABLEWe do not provide billing services or accounts receivable, although here are some services that go along with them that we do provide:- We enter all deposits into QuickBooks and properly allocate what they are for.- We match monthly with your A/R software (or billing service) to ensure that the deposits match with what is recorded in A/R.RECONCILIATIONS- Bank Accounts (Checking, Savings, Money Market, Trust Accounts, etc...) are reconciled on monthly basis.- Credit Card Accounts- all charges are entered into the system and the credit card is reconciled each monht. These accounts are also tracked to make sure that the payment is made on time each month.- Loan Accounts- Reconciled on a monthly basis with interest and principal being applied correctly. You will always know how much you owe and how much interest you are paying throughout the year.PAYROLL We offer a complete payroll solution for small businesses. - Payroll Preparation- Paychecks delivered to you timely (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc...)- Direct Deposit option is available- All payroll tax forms and tax payments are handled for you. - Employee internet access to their paystubs and W-2's.FINANCIAL REPORTINGWe will discuss with you which reports you would like to see throughout the year to assist you with making your business decisions.- Financial reports include (but are not limited) to: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Analysis, Check & Credit Card Registers, as well as Charts & Graphs.- We will review with you what these reports show and how to read them to understand them.- Financial reports are available to you or your CPA at any time.- We file Business Property Returns for you timely each year.VALUE ADDED SERVICES- We won't get in your way. We provide all services from our office and will not be underfoot in your office or need any additional office space.- We prefer monthly contracts, this way you know exactly what your bill will be each month.- You can call us anytime and don't have to worry about getting a large bill at the end of the month. We want you to call us! If you have a questions, we want to handle it proactively.- We prepare 1099's and Sales Tax returns, as needed. - We work as a liaison between you and your CPA when you need us to.- We provide management consulting. We've seen what works and what doesn't in many businesses, and are willing to share!- We drop-off and pick-up to your location at no extra charge.- We are available. You get access to us when you need us. You only pay for part time, but get access to us full time. Our regular business hours are 9:00am- 5:00pm Monday -Friday. - We can provide you with business and CPA references. We have over 10 years experience with QuickBooks and providing services to small busineses.- Some of our clients have included: doctors, dentists, attorneys, restaurants, daycare centers, insurance agencies, staffing agencies, non-profit organizations, construction companies & realtors.- We have a North Carolina notary on staff and offer this service free of charge to our clients.- We back up our computers and your QuickBooks file to an offsite server each night. This data is encrypted during the transfer and on the server. Your data is always secure.- We care. Your success is our success.
